CES Want to Volunteer? Make sure your Clearances are up to date!

A quick reminder for anyone planning to volunteer at CES this year!

Whether you’re a Homeroom Parent, chaperoning a field trip, helping with the Book Fair or School Store, or serving on the PTO Board, you’ll need current clearances approved and on file with the district.

Don’t wait until the last minute! The approval process can take some time, so it’s a good idea to submit/resubmit sooner than later - especially with more volunteer opportunities coming up throughout the year

• Clearances are good for 5 years
• All parent volunteers must complete the district’s Volunteer Application (even if you work at the school)
